I sewed buttons on these. I think they turned out pretty cute!
I've always been curious about hand beading. Ladies and gentlemen, I am curious no more. I now know that it's cathartic, takes forever, and turns out really well for this project. After I finish my other beaded canvas, I'm not sure how often I'll do it but it was worth the experience. Plus, before I added the beads, this canvas looked like some sort of joyful Communist symbol.
